Position involves daytime and/or nighttime shifts. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE SATURDAY EVENINGS AVAILABLE. Servers must be able to provide prompt, friendly, and very knowledgable service to our guests. Applicant should have at least two years experience serving in a full-service restaurant. Applicant must be able to learn Vietnamese Cuisine to a high level or already have knowledge of the cuisine. Applicant must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly when necessary, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Pay Range: $2.50/hr plus tips, $5.00/hr plus tips for day shifts.
Position involves working a full-service restaurant bar. This position is required to provide bar service for seated customers as well as full food and beverage service for bar customers. Applicant must have at least three years of bartending experience with at least one year in a restaurant bar environment. Applicant should have a solid knowledge of beers, wines, and liquor used for our craft cocktail program. Applicant must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Speed and attention to detail is a must. Pay Range: $7.50-$8.50/hr plus tips.
Position entails prepping and stocking a full from-scratch kitchen. Knife skills and ability to maintain consistency are a must! Applicant must have morning and afternoon availability, be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs. Applicants must have at least one year of experience in a prep-heavy kitchen (vegetable, meat, and seafood prep). Pay Range: $10-$13/hr
Hot Side/Line Cook
Position entails cooking food to order. Must have hot line skills (Sauté, Griddle, Char-Grill, Fryer) and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have afternoon and evening availability as well as some weekend availability. Applicant must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Applicant should have at least one year of experience working a fast-paced cook line with experience on sauté. Pay Range: $10-$14/hr
This is a manual dishwashing position using a three compartment sink. Evening hours and weekends required. Also responsible for sweeping and mopping of kitchen at end of shift as well as general cleaning projects in the kitchen. Position also includes cleaning and stocking of inventory areas and the possibility of light prep work. Please have some dishwashing or general kitchen experience. Pay Range: $8-$10/hr
